Shipping & Returns

The shipping rate at this moment is 2 euro worldwide per order. These costs will be shown on your bill during checkout.
(Orders from 30 euro´s or more are free from shipping charges)
All products will be carefully packet. Shipping will be done within 1-3 business days after we get the receipt of approved payment.
When a product is received damaged please let us know immediately (within 5 days) by our contact form on this website or by e-mail. After we received the damaged product back we will return it by the same article or we will come to an solution of money back or you can choose an other same priced item.
Returns for refund can be made within 7 days with the amount of the refund to be the product price only. Shipping & handling charges are not refundable. Returned items must be in original condition and securely packaged. The customer is responsible for any and all return shipping and handling charges. After we received the product we will make the money back payment immediately.
